D20-One has just completed the design work for some improvement works on a very special property. The property was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, know for his work on Battersea Power Station and the iconic red phone box. The design was inspired by the works of Frank Lloyd Wright, something that the current Architect, Croft Architecture Ltd, has captured perfectly with this new carport addition. Unfortunately our design model doesn’t look that impressive, but it is an essential part of bringing ideas to life.

Trial excavations revealed made-ground underlying with cohesive soils. Due to the proximity of the large conifer trees, and the ground conditions, a piled ground beam foundation was recommended.
