Ellis Hillman Partnership

The £1.33 million Seabridge Hall Plots project involved working alongside Ellis hillman Partnership to deliver the structural and civil design for the development.

The works included renovations and the conversion of the existing building into self-contained apartments, together with an assessment of the existing staircase to determine its suitability for the proposed development.

We also provided detailed foul and surface water drainage design, hydraulic calculations and sewer investigations, alongside retaining wall design where required.
