The £150,000 Ravensbank House project involved carrying out a structural appraisal of the existing warehouse and office buildings ahead of proposed solar panel & overcladding works. We undertook a site inspection to assess the current structural condition and identify any defects that could affect the proposed works. The appraisal also reviewed the capacity of the existing structures to accommodate the additional overcladding & solar panels without the need for further structural additions.
