The £155k Leek RUFC project involved the structural design of a new first-floor balcony to the front of the clubhouse at Chestnut Walk, Cheddleton. We were appointed directly by Leek Rugby Club to design the steel frame. We also provided the connection details and the foundation design, which included a site visit. The balcony is now built. It gives the club a large open terrace at first-floor level and a covered area at ground level beneath it. The club is run by volunteers, so we were proud to support a project that improves facilities for its players, supporters and the wider Leek community.
