The Burslem School of Art project involved carrying out a structural appraisal of the existing external fire escape staircase. We were appointed by Stoke-on-Trent City Council to assess its current structural condition and identify any defects. Following the appraisal, we provided conclusions and recommendations based on the condition of the existing structure.
